Here’s what it should look like:

Instructions:

  • Lie flat on your back with the dumbbell in one hand
  • Put your feet flat on the floor with your knees bent
  • Raise the dumbbell out in front of you into the air
  • Sit up as fast as you can, keeping your arm up in the air
  • Slowly lower back down to the original position
  • Explode up again, followed by a slow descent back down
  • Repeat
