Rebecca

Rebecca is a health and fitness copywriter with a Masters in Creative Writing. Having spent several years training as a ballet dancer, Rebecca hung up her pointe shoes to focus on her writing career. As a result, she found that gaining weight came all too easily. Not having that regular routine of exercise made it tough to stay in shape – which is when she turned to other forms of exercise and learning more about nutrition.
