What Supplements Should I Stack With Instant Knockout?

When first starting on your fat loss journey with Instant Knockout, you want to make sure you do everything right. Being more strict on your diet, and working harder in the gym are both good places to start, but more can always be done for that lean shredded physique.

A lot of questions we get asked by our customers looking to improve their Instant Knockout experience is “What other supplements should I take?” and this is our answer.

Before we get started:

These are simply just suggestions that we know work well with Instant Knockout. If you have a different set up that works for you that’s fine. If you’re just concerned other supplements you’re taking ma interfere with the effects of Instant Knockout, scroll down this article to see the supplements we advise against.

This is what we suggest:

1. Testosterone Booster

If you’re looking to find that perfect balance between gaining muscle and losing fat, you’re best bet is with a testosterone booster.

Natural T-Boosters are supplements that provide your body with the nutrients it needs produce more testosterone and get the most out of your workouts. This can help with your energy, recovery, strength and overall muscle size.

If you’re hoping to put on muscle during your cut, your best bet is to take a respected T-booster like TestoFuel. Full of clinically supported nutrients, this supplement is exactly what you need for that perfect balance of getting strong and shredded.

2. Pre-Workout

One of the best sensations you can experience in the gym are muscle pumps. They can help you lift bigger weights and train at a higher intensity for longer.

Well, an amino acid derived from watermelons, Citrulline Malate is absorbed by your body and converted into L-Arginine – a nitric oxide booster, which enhances your muscle pumps in the gym.

One of the best supplements that contains this nutrient is Roar Ambition’s pre-workout, 4 Gauge. With an optimal 6,000mg Citrulline Malate, complimented with strength, endurance and focus boosting ingredients; you’ll burn more calories and reach your fitness goals faster.

Ultimately, stacking Instant Knockout with 4 Gauge will deliver fat torching results.

3. Fish Oil

Although fish oil has become known for its ability to improve joint health, most are still unaware that it can help you lose body fat.

In fact, studies have shown that fish oil can promote fat loss, even without limiting carbs in your diet [1]. If that wasn’t enough to entice you, fish oil has also proven to improve your heart health; it successfully reduced participants’ risk of heart attacks by almost 50%.

Ultiamtely, fish oil helps keep your joints and heart healthy, and increases your chances of trimming unwanted body fat. Not bad.

4. A Good Multivitamin

If you’re already getting a full balanced-diet (which you should be) a multivitamin isn’t essential to your stack. However, it does have it’s uses, as not all the main vitamins are available in high quantities on your plate.

Vitamin D3, Calcium, Potassium and Vitamin B12 are the most commonly reported deficiencies in the average person’s diet, and a good multivitamin works wonders for filling in the gaps. Vitamin D3 in particular with an estimated 1 Billion people lacking the nutrient. [2]

They’re a good way of supplying your body with enough nutrients to make sure every base is covered when it comes to your workouts, recovery and overall fat loss.

Note: Remember, although most multivitamins claim to have over 100% of what your body needs of your entire vitamin profile – this does not mean you can replace your entire meal with them to help burn fat. This will do more harm than good and leave you feeling fatigued and sluggish.

5. Discipline & Self Belief

This is the one of the most essential additions to your stack.

Unfortunately this is something that you can’t buy in a store or in a store – you have to make it yourself. There are weaker and stronger doses of discipline available, and it’s up to you how much you use.

For the best results, use an amount that ensures you get 8 hours of quality sleep a night, a good balanced diet, and enough time for you to train multiple times a week. Along with an attitude to never give up.

“That’s great, but can I also take X supplement with Instant Knockout as well?”

We get all kinds of stack questions regarding Instant Knockout, and most of the time it’s perfectly fine to take other supplements alongside our fat burner. However, there are a few exceptions that have been known to cause problems:

Caffeine and Other Stimulants

As Instant Knockout already contains its fair share of caffeine per daily serving (300mg). If you’re taking another supplement that is rich in caffeine, or rich in other stimulants like DMAA, we strongly advise you leave it out of your stack.

Too much caffeine can lead to several side effects such as jitters, headaches, nausea and other problems. To avoid discomfort we don’t recommend other supplements that contain stimulants to be taken with Instant Knockout.

Stimulant-free energy enhancers like L-Carnitine and CLA, however, are fine.

Thermogenics

Instant Knockout already has plenty of thermogenics, such as Green Tea, Green Coffee Bean and Cayenne Pepper. Adding more to the mix may cause a discomfort which may hinder your progress.

This all down to how thermogenics effect the body, by raising your body heat thermogenics force your system into beginning a cool-down process to regulate itself. In doing so your body uses up more calories than it would do normally and increases your overall calories burned.

However adding too many thermogenics may cause you to sweat and overheat, which can be uncomfortable and off-putting while training. Your best bet is to avoid other fat burners while taking Instant Knockout.

“What about if I already drink Green Tea?”

You’ll be fine, a cup of Green Tea doesn’t contain nearly as much of the nutrient as you’d find in some fat burners.

Protein Powder

“Is it okay to take protein with Instant Knockout?”

It really depends on your protein powder. Is it just whey, or is it a ‘mass gainer’? These are the protein powders that are full of sugars and carbs and contribute to your packing on the pounds. Good for a bulk, not so much for fat loss.

Check the supplement label on the packaging, if it looks like there’s a high amount of carbs on there, chances are it’s not going to do your cut a lot of favors.

However, if you’ve got a balanced diet and you’ve managed your macros correctly you won’t need protein powder. Although we’re told the more protein the better, processing it can be physically demanding and puts stress on your body. The result being a release in cortisol (the stress hormone) which is closely linked to lowering testosterone levels and your ability to gain and maintain lean mass.

Supplement Stack Summary

In closing, Instant Knockout is perfectly good to supplement on it’s own, but we understand that our customers want to ensure they get the most benefit on their cut.

Multivitamins, Creatine, Citrulline or even a T-Booster are all good to have in conjunction with Instant Knockout, but above all you need to be dedicated.

The main obstacle between you and getting shredded is the amount of time and effort you put into your training and lifestyle to achieve the results you want. How far you go is up to you.
