Bio : One of the most recognized names in all of MMA history - Diego Sanchez was always destined to be a fighter. Starting as early as age 9; 'The Dream' had already started lessons in karate, and was getting a taste for combat.
Later evolving his talents to both wrestling and football, Diego took home the gold at the New Mexico State Wrestling Championship as a high school senior. Two years later, he was taken under the wing of legendary MMA coach Greg Jackson to start his training in MMA - and so began his legacy.
After securing a record of 11-0 and already the Welterweight King of the Cage - Sanchez had gathered attention from the MMA community and highly respected members of the sport. It was then that he was offered a spot in 'The Ultimate Fighter' as a shot at breaking into the UFC. He did not disappoint.
Under the coaching of Randy Couture and Chuck Liddell, Diego was crowned Middleweight Champion in 2005 - and presented with a life-changing contract that would make his career.
Since then Sanchez has gone on to have a very successful fighting career. Awarded 'Fight of the Year' and 'Fight of the Night' more times than any other fighter in MMA history, Diego Sanchez is one of the most memorable and admired professionals in the sport.
After a brutal collarbone injury, Sanchez has returned to the sport lighter than ever in the Featherweight division. Losing a staggering 45lbs in just 5 months, Diego now stands a lean 145lbs and ready to attack his new weight class at full force.
With over 20 years experience of training championship fighters, Greg Jackson is the best of the best for coaching MMA. He knows exactly what's required to win in the octagon – and how important it is for a fighter to make weight.
Losing the pounds is easy, but burning fat is a different matter – it's a much harder job. Not knowing the difference may get you to your goal weight, but lose you the bout.
The more muscle mass you maintain the better – ripped and ready beats starved and sluggish every time. Greg knows this, and believes Instant Knockout is the ultimate tool for cutting down and kicking ass.
Bio : Renown for being #1 MMA coach in the world, Greg Jackson has been a driving force behind making Mixed Martial Arts what it is today.
Developing his own Fighting System, Gaidojutsu in 1992, Jackson established his own self-defense school at the young age of seventeen. It was a clear indication that Jackson was going to be bringing big things to the sport.
After 8 years on the scene and successfully training high-level self-defense, Jackson re-purposed the school entirely for MMA in 2000.
Recruiting Mike Winklejohn for his skills as a striking coach, Jackson made his school the 'Mecca of MMA' and #1 in the world.
Throughout his career Jackson has coached some of the biggest names in the sport. Georges St. Pierre, Jon Jones and Holly Holm have all benefited from Jackson's coaching, and would not be the stars that they are today without his sage advice and mentoring.

From a young age, Dodson had shown raw talent for fighting. During his time at Moriarty High School, 'The Magician' had already made a name for himself in wrestling – landing two-time state champion and four-time district champion in the sport.
After school, Dodson was recruited by coaches Chris Luttrell and Greg Jackson to be the next big thing in MMA. Before his first amateur fight, John had already won a Grappler Quest and submission tournament. He was ready to step into the ring.
After a promising start to his career, Dodson was offered to take it to the next level, and competed in season 14 of The Ultimate Fighter, and took the Champion spot for Bantamweight in the show's finale by delivering the 'Knockout of the Season' against opponent T.J. Dillashaw.
